2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a dg33 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dg33 strictly prohibits access by any person under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to players found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended with balances potentially forfeited.
• Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. The name on your dg33 account must match the name on the payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account — used for deposits and withdrawals.
• One Account Per Person: Each player may register only one dg33 account. Operating multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.
• Own Funds: All money deposited into your dg33 account must belong to you and must not have been obtained through illegal means. dg33 cooperates fully with law enforcement in relation to suspected money laundering.
• Personal Use Only: Your dg33 account is for your personal use only. You may not share your credentials with any other person, allow another person to use your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.

dg33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage — at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during an account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dg33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dg33 does not accept foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by dg33; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Rules

Deposits to your dg33 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. dg33 may impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
• Deposits must be made using a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in the same name as your dg33 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are typically credited within minutes of the transaction completing on your payment provider's side. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• dg33 reserves the right to delay or reverse any deposit flagged by its fraud detection systems as potentially suspicious, pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from your dg33 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Current maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per day are shown in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This anti-money-laundering control cannot be bypassed under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 17:00 BST (UTC+6) are processed on the same business day.
• Pending bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal. Real-money funds that were deposited and not applied to a bonus are unaffected and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on dg33, you accept the rules of that game or betting market as displayed on the Platform. dg33 sources certified game content from established providers. Outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or, for live casino games, by physical equipment operated by trained dealers in real time.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official rules of the relevant sport or game. For cricket betting, results are determined by the official score declared by the relevant cricket board or competition organiser — for example BCB for BPL matches, BCCI for IPL matches, and ICC for international T20 and ODI events. In the event of abandonment or postponement of a sporting event, dg33 will settle affected bets according to its published sport-specific betting rules.

Errors and Disputes

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or display error that affects a game outcome or bet placement, dg33 reserves the right to:

• Void any bets placed during or as a result of the error, and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Correct any balance, bonus, or winnings credited as a result of an error, including recovering overpayments from player balances.
• Investigate and resolve any bet or account dispute within a reasonable timeframe, with the decision of dg33's dispute resolution team being final and binding.

8. Responsible Gaming

dg33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their activity. All tools are available to registered players at any time by contacting support at [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: You may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 7 days after the change request is submitted.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a limit on time spent on the Platform per session or per day. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out until the next session window opens.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Reality Checks: You may enable periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been logged in and your net session result, prompting you to assess whether to continue playing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Without limiting the above, dg33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, that game outcomes will be favourable, or that information displayed on the Platform is accurate in all respects. dg33 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain service availability and data accuracy.

• The Platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or security breaches at all times. Where such events occur beyond dg33's reasonable control, dg33's liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Any particular bet or game will result in a win. All gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and past results do not predict future outcomes under any circumstances.
• Information displayed on the Platform — including odds, statistics, live scores, and game results — is accurate and complete in all respects. dg33 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure accuracy but is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on such information.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

dg33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or identity fraud.
• The account is suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose, and suspension is required pending investigation by dg33 or a relevant authority.
• The player requests voluntary account closure, including under a self-exclusion request. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance net of forfeited bonuses will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dg33 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.
